She is the point of contact for all your vendors during your event, handling the logistics and keeping things moving smoothly so that you can relax and enjoy being in the moment with the love of your life. She will work with you to assure that all the details of your day are covered, and help you you overcome or prevent any unforeseen issues that can arise. 

Needing more than just day-of coordination? As your wedding planner, Rachael will sit down with you and help you prioritize and get started. She will be by your side throughout the planning process and help develop a complete design for your wedding, assist in vendor hiring and communication, and be there from start to finish. This may include everything from wedding day timeline to vendor selection, budget tracking, and much much more!
